Daniel Whebell - Managing Director

Daniel is a UK qualified solicitor who ran his own successful real estate finance practice as a partner at an international law firm based in London. He has acted on hundreds of property transactions with a combined value of over £2billion across a 15 year career. Alongside his legal career, Daniel also branched out into his own real estate ventures which has seen him grow a portfolio of investment properties across the UK. Daniel’s approach to property transactions has always focused on straightforward commercial advice to enable swift and smooth completions, something he has helped apply directly to Flex.

Haydn Evans - Operations and Risk Director

Haydn has over a decade of experience in the property industry and a background in real estate finance from the prestigious Haas Business School in Berkeley, California. He has been pivotal in personally handling property transactions totalling over £14 million throughout his career. Haydn's journey in property began at a young age, working with a property developer based in South-West London. He subsequently advanced to a key role at the UK's largest property quick sale company, where he directly managed over 1,000 property purchases. Specialising in securing and facilitating finance for below market value properties, Haydn’s focus at Flex is on providing tailored lending for the quick sale industry.
